WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS DOES ARTCLUB OFFER?

Artclub offers originals, prints & merchandise. Each edition differs in terms of limitation, signature and format.

CAN I HAVE MY WORK CUSTOMISED?

No, not yet. However, this is planned for the future

HOW CAN I HAVE MY WORK FRAMED?

artclub does not currently offer a framing service. However, it is possible to buy all prints with a frame. If you would like to have an original framed, please send us an email to sk@artclub.wtf and we will organise this for you.

HOW MUCH DOES AN ARTCLUB WORK COST?

Prices vary depending on the edition and additional options. Originals start at 999€ & PRINTS start from under 109€.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TO BE ABLE TO ORDER?

No, ordering as a guest is possible.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Artclub accepts direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Master Card, VISA), Klarna.

HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE PAYMENT?

The online order is secured by SSL encryption.

HOW CAN I REDEEM A VOUCHER?

Voucher codes can be redeemed during the order process.

The delivery time is usually around 10 days, but can vary.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Artclub offers standard shipping and a premium delivery service.

CAN I ARRANGE A DELIVERY DATE?

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided after dispatch.
